Seasonal equipement rental that has been priorly reserved and purchased online will be available for pick up starting November 4, 2023, and must be returned no later than April 7, 2024*.
* Late fees apply for any equipment that is not returned by the due date.

- Normal wear and tear insurance included. The insurance does not cover damage caused by inappropriate or abusive use, damage caused by an accident, theft or loss of equipment.
- A valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) is mandatory for all seasonal equipment rentals.
- A mandatory appointment is needed to pick-up the equipment. Appointments will range between November 4 and November 27th. The date and time chosen at the time of purchase is your mandatory appointment to pick-up the equipment. Choose your appointment carefully and make sure to mark this to your calendar as no reminder will be sent. No equipment may be picked-up outside of scheduled appointments.
- A refund may be requested without justification only if the equipment has not been picked-up. A refund will not be granted once possession of the equipment is taken and this, regardless of the reason. Prices of all seasonal equipment rentals include a non-refundable administrative fee of 25$.
- The equipment shall be returned on April 7, 2024 at the latest. You will be subjected to a penalty of $10.00, per day/per equipment, if you omit to return the equipment back by this date.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Mont Rigaud recommends that all skiers and snowboarders wear a helmet regardless of their skill level.

- Purchase of a rental equipment doesn't grant access to the chairlifts. It is mandatory to purchase a right of access (ticket or membership) online. Ticket quantities are limited. No exception may be made for a customer presenting himself at the resort without prior purchase of a right of access (ticket or membership).
